As per the instructions of Hon’ble Vice Chancellor a joint meeting of Programme Officers, NSS, Chairman SRC, Placement Officers and Rectors/ Assistant Rectors of Junagadh Agricultural University for planning of celebration of 150^th Birth Anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi was organized on 19-09-2018 under the chairmanship of Dr. S. M. Upadhyay, Director, Students’ Welfare. After the detailed discussion a time bound action plan for various programmes to be arranged was decided. Dr. P.V. Patel, Director, Extension Education was felicitated by Dr. S. M. Upadhyay Director, Students’ Welfare on behalf of all the officials associated with Students’ Welfare activities for his dedicated service rendered for the development of Students’ Welfare activities in JAU during his tenure.

    Meeting was ended with the vote of thanks proposed by Dr. C.D. Lakhlani, Convener, Central Placement Cell, JAU, Junagadh.
