It is a matter of proud for the University that the College of Agricultural Engineering & Technology, JAU, Junagadh participated in the GHRDC and Competition Success Review–Ranking of India's Top Engineering Colleges - 2019. In this survey, the marks were given based on infrastructure, faculty research, consultancy, EDP, other programmes, admission, curriculum, delivery systems, placements, USP, social responsibility, networking and industry interface. Under the able leadership of Hon'ble Vice Chancellor, Dr. A R. Pathak, Sincere guidance of authority and consistent hard work of the faculty the college has improved its ranking in comparison to previous years and obtained 890.30 out of total 1700 marks and ranked 26^th in the 5^th category of Top Outstanding Engineering Colleges of Excellence in India. The college ranked 2^nd in all Engineering Colleges of Gujarat State. The college has improved its ranking continuously since last 8 years, which reflects the educational, research and extension strength of the college and the university.
