"Perfection is not attainable, but if we chase perfection we can catch excellence" rightly quoted by Vince Lombardi . This is what ever being preached and practiced by our Hon'ble Vice Chancellor Dr. NC Patel who is honored by Institution of Engineers'(INDIA) for his outstanding contribution in the field of Agricultural Engineering. This organization established in 1920 and recognized as "Royal Charter" by King George - V (was popularly known as Pancham George in India) in 1935. On the occasion of 26th Annual Convention of Agricultural Engineers jointly organized by Institution of Engineers' and Maharana Pratap University of Agriculture and Technology, Udaipur, Dr NC Patel, Chief Guest of the function, addressed the gathering on appropriate use of agricultural inputs for better and  more production. He also indicated towards use of Robotics in agricultural machineries to make it more efficient. The theme of the convention was "Precision Agriculture for Sustainable Food Production". The students and staff of JAU rejoiced over the honor given to Hon'ble Vice Chancellor. Many personalities of Junagadh city and Saurashtra congratulated Dr. NC Patel for getting prestigious honor for his sustained efforts for development of farm and farmers of Gujarat.
